The Last Week screen shows graphically your intake and expenditure so you can keep track of your week.
The History screen shows graphically your weekly balance and your body weight development. Subscribing members will have colour-coded balance bars to indicate how good you estimated your energy balance against your measured weight. This is a great way to see how you are improving your estimation skills over time.
